Common questions

Administration Support FAQs

Will the professional be trained for our company?+

Yes. NG coordinates role preparation using the client’s approved procedures, systems, scripts, templates, terminology, and expectations. The client provides the company-specific knowledge and final approval.

Are the professionals full-time?+

Yes. Administration Support plans are built around full-time roles. Each assigned professional is scheduled for up to 40 hours per week unless a different arrangement is quoted and approved in writing.

Can we change responsibilities later?+

Responsibilities may be adjusted through a revised written scope when the requested work remains appropriate for the role, personnel, systems, and pricing.

Does the standard price always apply to federal-contract work?+

No. Additional personnel, location, security, equipment, training, reporting, or contract-flow-down requirements may require a custom written quote.

Who manages the professional’s daily priorities?+

The client provides approved work priorities and procedures. Personnel management and the contractual relationship remain with the appropriate private company, and Government personnel may not treat NG staff as federal employees.
