From opportunity to submission

A Clear Federal Bid Support Process

NG helps organize the administrative side of the opportunity while your company remains in control of business, pricing, technical, and performance decisions.

01

Opportunity Identified

NG may contact your company about an opportunity that appears aligned with its capabilities, or your company may bring an opportunity to us.

02

Preliminary Overview

We provide a brief complimentary overview of the general scope, location, deadline, major qualifications, and official value or magnitude when available.

03

Client Qualification

Your company considers whether it has the capabilities, availability, registration, qualifications, resources, and interest needed to pursue the opportunity.

04

Service Selection

NG recommends the service package that best matches the opportunity’s administrative complexity.

05

Agreement and Payment

A written agreement identifies the specific opportunity, included services, client responsibilities, exclusions, revision limits, flat fee, and target schedule.

06

Bid Organization

NG performs the administrative work included in the selected package, such as review, tracking, forms, document follow-up, research, and file preparation.

07

Client Review and Approval

The client reviews and approves all final information, including pricing, technical information, certifications, signatures, and final submission authorization.

08

Submission

The bid is submitted under the client’s company unless NG is independently pursuing the opportunity as the prime contractor.

09

Award Tracking

When included in scope, NG may help organize submission confirmation, communications, amendments, clarification requests, and award updates.

10

Optional Post-Award Support

After award, NG may provide separately scoped administrative support for deadlines, modifications, documentation, invoices, supplier files, and closeout preparation.
