The Prime Contractor remains responsible for
- Accuracy of technical proposals and pricing
- Eligibility, registrations, licensing, bonding, and insurance
- Employees, subcontractors, labor, materials, and equipment
- Financing, cash flow, jobsite operations, and safety
- Technical performance and all Government contract obligations
NG may support
- Opportunity and contractor evaluation
- Solicitation, proposal, compliance, and document coordination
- Deadline, amendment, and correspondence tracking
- Submission coordination
- Separate post-award contract administration
NG does not assume the Prime Contractor’s technical or construction responsibilities.
After award
Federal Contract Administration
If the contractor receives the award, NG may enter into a separate agreement to support Government correspondence, compliance tracking, invoices, deliverables, schedules, modifications, reporting, records, and closeout.
