Federal prime-contracting partnerships

Partner With NG on Federal Contract Opportunities

NG Staffing Solutions LLC pursues selected federal supply and service opportunities as the prime contractor and works with qualified companies that can provide compliant products, services, documentation, delivery, or specialized performance.

A professional partnership process

What Partners Can Expect From NG

Clear Opportunity Information

Requests identify the relevant scope, quotation needs, Government deadline, and known documentation requirements.

Organized Communication

NG coordinates requests, follow-up, missing information, and opportunity-specific updates through an identified contact.

Written Commercial Terms

Selected suppliers and subcontractors receive applicable purchase-order or subcontract terms before authorized performance.

Relationship Development

Companies that communicate clearly and perform reliably may be considered for future opportunities aligned with their capabilities.

Submitting capabilities or a quotation does not guarantee selection, an award, a purchase order, a subcontract, or future work.

Partnership process

From Capabilities to Written Performance Terms

01

Submit Your Capabilities

Tell NG what your company supplies or performs, geographic coverage, registrations, qualifications, and contact information.

02

Receive a Specific Request

When an opportunity appears aligned, NG may request pricing, availability, lead time, technical information, or scope details.

03

NG Evaluates and Submits

NG reviews responses, confirms requirements, establishes its prime-contract offer, and decides whether to submit.

04

Coordinate After Award

If NG receives an award and selects the partner, purchasing, documentation, delivery, invoicing, and performance expectations are confirmed in writing.

Partnership questions

Before You Submit

Does submitting our capabilities guarantee work?+

No. NG evaluates companies against the requirements of each opportunity. Submission does not guarantee a request, selection, award, purchase order, subcontract, or future work.

Will our company contract directly with the Government?+

Normally, no. When NG is the prime contractor, selected suppliers and subcontractors work through NG under written commercial agreements, while NG maintains the prime-contract relationship with the Government.

When may performance begin?+

Performance should not begin until NG has provided written authorization and the applicable purchase order, subcontract, scope, schedule, and documentation requirements have been confirmed.

How does NG separate consulting and prime pursuits?+

When NG is independently pursuing an opportunity as the prime contractor, NG does not provide bid-support consulting to a competing bidder for that same opportunity.
