Independent Private Company

NG Staffing Solutions LLC is an independent private company. NG is not a government agency and is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by the United States Government or any federal, state, or local agency.

No Award Guarantee

NG may provide opportunity research, contractor qualification, solicitation review, proposal coordination, compliance organization, document organization, deadline tracking, correspondence support, submission coordination, and post-award administrative support. These activities do not guarantee eligibility, a compliant offer, a Government award, funding, revenue, or successful contract performance.

Federal Contract Partnership Boundary

For selected opportunities, a qualified contractor serves as the Prime Contractor and submits the Government offer under its own name. NG provides contracting and administrative support and does not assume the Prime Contractor’s technical, construction, financial, jobsite, safety, or performance responsibilities.

Prime Contractor Responsibilities

The Prime Contractor remains solely responsible for the accuracy of its technical proposal and pricing; eligibility and registrations; licenses and certifications; bonding and insurance; employees and subcontractors; labor, materials, equipment, and financing; technical performance; jobsite operations and safety; certifications and signatures; final submission approval; and compliance with all Government contract obligations.

Pre-Award Partnership Support

NG does not charge the contractor for selected pre-award partnership support. Submitting company information, reviewing an opportunity, or receiving support does not create a partnership, subcontract, agency relationship, award, exclusivity, or promise of future work. NG and the contractor may each decide whether to continue with a specific opportunity.

Third-Party and Contractor Information

Qualification and opportunity research is based on information available at the time of review. NG does not guarantee the availability, pricing, responsiveness, qualifications, compliance, or performance of any contractor, supplier, manufacturer, distributor, subcontractor, or other third party. Each party remains responsible for appropriate due diligence and its own contractual commitments.

Business Administration Support

Business Administration Support is provided according to a written agreement defining responsibilities, schedules, systems, access permissions, performance expectations, client obligations, and replacement terms. NG personnel do not automatically provide legal, accounting, tax, engineering, architectural, medical, licensed, or other regulated professional services.

Federal Contract Administration

If a contractor receives an award, post-award administration may begin only under a separate written agreement. The scope and price are based on the awarded contract’s size, complexity, duration, security requirements, and administrative workload.

NG personnel will not perform inherently governmental functions; represent themselves as Government employees; make decisions reserved for a contracting officer; supervise federal employees; sign offers, certifications, invoices, modifications, or contract documents for a contractor; determine final pricing; make technical compliance determinations; access classified information through the standard service; use another person’s credentials; or access Government systems without documented authorization.

Access to Federal Contract Information, Controlled Unclassified Information, covered defense information, export-controlled information, personally identifiable information, Government-furnished systems, restricted technical data, secure facilities, or Government networks requires separate review and all applicable authorizations, safeguards, qualified personnel, flow-down clauses, and written controls. NG may limit or decline any assignment that creates an unacceptable legal, contractual, security, or compliance risk.

No Licensed Professional Services

NG does not provide legal, tax, accounting, engineering, architectural, bonding, insurance, or other licensed professional services. Contractors and clients should consult appropriately qualified professionals when those services are required.
