Federal contractor support • After award

Federal Contract Administration

Optional Government-specific administration for awarded federal contracts. NG helps track records, deadlines, correspondence, invoices, modifications, options, and closeout while the contractor performs and approves the work.

Best for

Awarded federal contracts

Contractors that need ongoing help maintaining Government-specific administrative records, calendars, and action items.

Separate service

Begins only after award

Recurring administration starts only under a separate written agreement. Bid-support clients are never automatically enrolled.

Different service

Not Business Administration Support

Business Administration Support provides dedicated remote personnel for broader company operations. This page covers awarded federal contracts.

Monthly pricing

Choose the Level That Matches the Workload

Pricing follows administrative activity—not simply the contract’s total award value.

Simple contracts

Basic

$300/month

For one-time supply, low-volume service, or other contracts with few reports or modifications.

  • Deadline calendar
  • Basic deliverable and invoice-status tracking
  • Correspondence and contract-file organization
  • Renewal, option, and expiration reminders

Higher-volume work

Complete

$1,250/month

For contracts with multiple parties, frequent changes, complex invoices, reporting, or multiple locations.

  • Everything in Standard
  • Detailed change and subcontractor logs
  • Complex invoice-package organization
  • Higher-frequency monitoring, reporting, and closeout support
Optional, separately authorized service

The monthly fees compensate NG for administration actually performed after award. They are not award or success fees. NG may recommend a different level after reviewing the final award and workload.

How it begins

A Separate Post-Award Engagement

  1. 01

    Award Reviewed

NG reviews the award, amendments, scope, dates, reporting, and invoicing requirements.

  2. 02

    Workload Matched

Basic, Standard, or Complete administration is recommended according to activity.

  3. 03

    Scope Approved

The contractor approves a separate written agreement before recurring work begins.

  4. 04

    Administration Tracked

NG organizes records and dates while the contractor performs, approves, and certifies its work.

The contractor controls

  • Employees, subcontractors, and technical performance
  • Pricing and financial decisions
  • Invoice, report, certification, and claim accuracy
  • Government submissions and final contract compliance

NG helps organize

  • Contract files and calendars
  • Government requests and action items
  • Invoice-supporting records
  • Modification, option, closeout, and status tracking

Administrative services only

The contractor retains contractual responsibility

NG does not certify invoices or claims, determine cost allowability or legal entitlement, modify a Government contract, bind either party, or replace legal, accounting, tax, technical, engineering, bonding, or insurance professionals.
