NG Staffing Solutions LLC may collect information you voluntarily submit through forms or email, including your name, company, contact information, business capabilities, solicitation information, deadlines, descriptions, and uploaded files.

How We Use Information

Information may be used to respond to inquiries, evaluate whether NG can assist with an opportunity, prepare service recommendations, communicate with potential clients or partners, improve the website, and maintain business records.

Service Providers

The website may use third-party hosting, form-processing, analytics, email, or security services. Those providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Information Sharing

NG does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers supporting website operations, when required by law, or with your permission. Information submitted for a specific supplier or subcontractor research request may be used to contact relevant businesses when authorized within the engagement.

Data Security

Reasonable measures may be used to protect submitted information. No website or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Retention

Information may be retained as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.

Your Choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.

Client Portal Information

When an authorized user requests or uses Client Bid Portal access, NG may collect and process account information, company association, login and security events, opportunity status, deadlines, messages, requested-document records, uploaded files, document-review notes, activity logs, and electronic approval records.

Portal Service Providers

The portal is designed to use Netlify for website hosting and serverless functions, Supabase for authentication, database, and private file storage, Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection when enabled, and an email-delivery provider for transactional notices. A separately approved malware-scanning provider may be used when configured. These providers process information according to their applicable agreements and privacy practices.

Portal Security and Access

Portal access is limited to approved individual accounts. NG may use password requirements, multi-factor authentication for NG staff, inactivity timeouts, account disabling, row-level access controls, private storage, short-lived download links, file-type and size restrictions, audit logging, and other safeguards. No electronic system is guaranteed completely secure.

Uploaded Documents

Users should upload only information needed for the identified engagement. Classified information is prohibited. Federal Contract Information, Controlled Unclassified Information, covered defense information, export-controlled information, personally identifiable information, restricted technical data, or other specially protected information may be uploaded only after NG has approved the specific portal use in writing and all applicable safeguards have been verified.

Portal Retention and Deletion

Portal records may be retained for the active engagement, contract administration, dispute resolution, security review, legal obligations, and ordinary business recordkeeping. NG may disable accounts and archive or delete records according to the applicable agreement and retention policy. A deletion request may be limited when records must be preserved for contractual, legal, security, or evidentiary reasons.

Security Incidents

Users should promptly report suspected unauthorized access, credential compromise, misdirected uploads, or other security concerns to staff@ngstaffingsolutions.com. NG will evaluate notices and take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances and applicable obligations.
